Oscar is not a medical service. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
One account per person. You may not share your account or use Oscar on behalf of someone else without their consent.
You agree not to misuse Oscar. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the service, using it for commercial purposes without permission, or abusing the Telegram bot in ways that disrupt service for others.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Oscar is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about performance improvements, race results, or fitness outcomes. Training decisions are ultimately yours.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
